This month marks many changes at The Body Shop. We have new people, new services, and new products to bring to your attention. As you all know, we are now into our second year at this location and we are fine tuning what we do to give you the best possible experience while you're here.   

Karen Parker, licensed esthetician of Skin Care Karma has been with us for 4 months now and has developed quite a following. We're delighted to have her because what she does is such a complement to our regular fitness program. She focuses on fitness for your skin. Karen continues to evolve her onsite esthetician services and has increased her line of services to include the use of the high-quality Osmosis product line. You all (men and women alike) can rest assured that not only are your treatments performed by a licensed and experienced professional, but also that only the best and safest products are being used on your precious skin during the treatments. Incidentally, with summer approaching, this is a good time to stock up on Osmosis's excellent sun protection products - in spray or cream. We are very pleased to introduce you to another new onsite professional, Corey Miller. Corey is a highly experienced, licensed, and reputable acupuncturist. She has been practicing acupuncture for six years. As she expands her services to Soquel, we hope you will explore the benefits of what acupuncture can do for you - for all levels of pain management and preventative care. Corey will be here at The Body Shop on a bi-monthly basis. Check with us for those dates, or call Corey at 588-7914 to make an appointment.   

After a hard workout, take advantage of these other healthy, and pleasurable experiences all in one location here at The Body Shop. You can rest assured knowing the people performing these services are highly qualified, experienced, and trained professionals.   

I also want to welcome Debbie Goodwin, a longtime client. She recently joined The Body Shop as our bookkeeper and administrative assistant. Debbie has many years experience in bookkeeping and customer relations. Debbie will offer her welcoming smile and friendly service to you as she supports the office needs here at the studio.   

Last but not least, Patti Kirsch, has left The Body Shop to move on to new ventures. Patti was my business partner and was instrumental in making the transition from a small in-home business to this larger, more professional location, and company. Patti is a very talented and smart lady and she has been wonderfully helpful to me and the business in the last year. I am very grateful for all her help and I know she will do well in this next chapter of her life. I know you will all join me in thanking her for her work here, and in wishing her a happy and prosperous future.   

As you see, there are many changes here at The Body Shop but we think change is good for everybody. We continue to strive to give you the best possible fitness experience you can have anywhere. We want to make you healthier, look better, and feel better. Our program is always evolving, and we really want to respond to your needs and wishes. Our whole business revolves around your satisfaction with us and our services. Please let us know what we can do to make your experience better.
